One of Jacob's favorite activities was "sand sliding" into a hole that Erik would dig for him.

Dumping out water from buckets was kind of fun, too.
Most days ended like this -- so tired that sleep came easily!
Jacob had his first taste of soft-serve ice cream on the boardwalk...
And he LOVED it! Give the kid "regular" ice cream, and he's not a huge fan -- probably because it's too cold. But soft serve? Couldn't get enough of Erik's vanilla cone. He was not a fan of my chocolate, and you know what? I'm okay with that. More for mommy ;-)
I'll do a more "substantial" update when I get more pictures.
