We had our 9 month check-up a few days ago. Michael has brought his weight up rather nicely. He's currently 20 lbs 9.8 oz (65%), 28.5 inches long (51%), and his head is 47.5 cm (97%). He's got a lot of brains up there. I hope...
Michael crawls everywhere, and he's pretty fast, too. He pulls up on everything and cruises. He's been walking behind his little walker toy, so I don't doubt that he'll be walking without it in the next few months or so.
We like to eat pretty much whatever, as long as it's not homemade or squashed up meat. We're snacking on puffs and yogurt drops, but we don't like to feed ourself yet.
Michael makes lots of noises these days. Consonant combinations, puppy-dog whines, screeches and shouts -- you name it.
And we have two teeth.
Michael absolutely adores Jacob. If Jacob is playing, Michael wants to be there with him. He crawls and climbs all over Jacob, and thinks Jacob is the funniest person ever. I love their little bond.
Michael is definitely going to be our trouble-maker. Just today, he decided to climb into his carseat and stand up so that he could grab the owl decoration that Jacob hung from a doorknob. What a stinker...
He continues to be a rather happy and easy going baby, which makes our life just a little bit easier.
